摘要
提出了外罐加内罐的竖置套罐结构。应用FLUENT软件对罐体及内部物料的传热过程进行模拟分析。结果表明,新型竖置还原罐的加热速率较传统还原罐快。经实际工程应用验证,还原罐的使用寿命延长到5个月以上,且实现了机械装出料,提高了球团料加热速率,缩短了还原周期。
A new vertical reduction jar structure was developed,which contains an inner jar and an outer jar,or namely a jar set.The heat transfer of the jar set and pellets was simulated by FLUENT software.The results show that the heating rate of the new jar is higher than that of the traditional one.In addition,the vertical jar is put into the practical production for a further verification.It is shown that the service life of the reduction jar is extended to at least 5 months,the mechanized charging and discharging for the reduction process is achieved,the heating rate of the pellets is improved,and the reduction cycle is shortened.
