摘要
高校毕业生实习质量不高是当前大学生就业难的一个重要影响因素。积极探索实践基于校企合作下的实习就业一体化机制,创新应用型人才培养模式,提高实习就业质量,形成学生实现就业、学校实现育人目标、企业得到适用人才的共赢态势。
The low quality of practice for college students is an influential factor for the difficulties of under- graduate employment. We should actively explore the integration mechanism of practice and employment based on the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, create modes of developing versatile and practical talents, in- crease quality of practice and employment, and create a situation in whieh students can realize employment, colle- ges can realize cultivation goals and enterprises can attain competent personnel.
