摘要
设计了一种专门应用于微动电阻测试系统的加热装置。该装置结构简单、成本低、效果好,同时对测试系统的其他功能,如压力数值采集、电阻测试等基本没有影响。
This paper introduces the design of a special heating device used in fretting test system.The device has simple structure,low cost and excellent effect.The usage of this device has no influence on the other functions of the test system,such as pressure value acquisition,resistance test.
