海南国际旅游岛游客满意度实证研究 被引量:7

An Empirical Study on Satisfaction of Tourists in Hainan International Tourism Island

摘要 海南国际旅游岛游客满意度研究具有突出的实践应用价值。以抽样调查的方法获得了基础数据,研究结果显示:游客的总满意度和各要素分满意度均高于一般水平,总满意度得分最高。通过多元回归分析发现,娱乐满意度对总满意度的贡献最大,贡献最小的是交通满意度。不同性别、年龄、月收入、到访次数、停留时间、交通工具、两年内重游的可能性和推荐意愿的人群在总满意度上存在差异。除住宿外,各要素的花费水平与满意度之间的配对检验均存在差异,提出了建议和后续研究的方向。 Satisfaction of tourists in Hainan International Tourism Island is an issue of great application value. Through the basic data of sample survey, the research result shows that the total satisfaction and each element shows satisfaction were higher than the average satisfaction and the total satisfaction scores the highest. Through multiple regression analysis, we found that the entertainment satisfaction made the biggest contribution and the traffic satisfaction made the smallest contribution. Different crowd of gender, age, income, visit times, residence time, trafl3c tools, the possibility of revisiting in two years and the recommendation intention are different in total satisfaction. Expectation for the accommodation, the cost level and satisfaction on each dement were different. In the last part of the article, some suggestions and subsequent efforts are proposed.
