摘要
以某高速数控车削中心为研究对象,建立了基于结合面的整机有限元模型,并对其进行了动态特性分析,得到系统的各阶固有频率与振型图,找出了影响整机动态特性的薄弱环节。通过改进调整垫的结构,提高了机床的第一阶固有频率,改善了机床整机的动态性能。
Taking the high-speed CNC turning center as research object, its finite dement model was built based on joint surface. Dynamic characteristics of the machine tool were analyzed. Each order natural frequency and vibration mode map were obtained. The weak link affecting the whole machine tools dynamic characteristics was found out. Through improving structure of adjustment mat, the machine tool first-order natural frequency is prompted and dynamic performance of the whole machine tools is improved.
