Market Mechanism and Public Policies:An Empirical Study of Enterprise Intellectual Property Institutionalization

摘要以浙江287家企业问卷调查和35家高新技术企业访谈为基础,对企业知识产权制度的影响因素及相关机制进行实证分析。研究结果显示,企业知识产权制度化与组织化水平受到相关制度化成本、收益状况的影响,同时企业风险管理、战略管理的能力以及公共政策环境等都对企业知识产权制度发展水平具有直接影响。 Based on the questionnaires from 287 enterprises and the interviews on 35 high - tech enterprises in Zhejiang province, the paper carries out an empirical study of the factors in the development of enterprise intellectual property institution. The result shows tl t the level of institutionalization and organization of the enterprise intellectual property is influenced by the cost and benefit of institutionalization. The level of the enterprises＂ intellectual property institution is influenced by risk management, strategy management and public policy environment.
