摘要
教师队伍是思想政治理论课教育教学工作的关键,也是提高思想政治理论课教育教学质量的重要前提。高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设取得了较为显著的成绩,但也还存在一些问题和不足。高校思想政治理论课师资队伍建设中存在的问题是多种因素综合作用的结果,但从根本上说,在于未能建立健全高校思想政治理论课教师师资保障机制。建立健全高校思想政治理论课师资队伍保障机制是一项系统工程,需要建立相应的地位保障机制、人才引进机制、培训培养机制、竞争激励机制。
The problems existing in the construction of teaching staff result from a lot of integrated factors,but the bottom line is that there is no improvement of the teaching staff guarantee organism.Establishing and perfecting the teaching staff guarantee organism of the ideological and political theory course is a series of engineering,needed to build position guarantee organism,intelligent introduction organism,training organism,competitive organism.
