豆粕是畜禽饲料中最重要的植物性蛋白源,为现今饲料生产必备的原料。但由于含有多种抗营养因子(胰蛋白酶抑制因子、大豆抗原蛋白、大豆凝集素、脲酶、植酸等)影响了其在畜禽生产上的正常应用,从而使发酵豆粕成为研究的焦点。发酵豆粕营养丰富且含有多种生物活性因子,是优质的蛋白质来源,有利于断奶仔猪的健康生长和对营养物质的吸收利用。
Soybean meal, essential for feed production, is the most important plant protein sources in livestock and poultry feed. However, many anti - nutritional factors ( trypsin inhibitor, soybean antigen protein, soybean lectin,urinary enzyme, phytic acid, etc. ) in it affect the normal application of the soybean meal in livestock and poultry production. So the method of microbial fermentation is becoming the focus of research. Fermented soybean meal, as one of good protein sources, has high nutritional value and many biological active factors. Fermented soybean is conducive to the growth and health of weaned piglets on nutrient absorption and utilization.
