摘要
目前医院实施抗菌药物分级管理,临床使用"特殊使用"抗菌药物必须会诊。本文通过总结临床药师参与住院患者"特殊使用"抗菌药物会诊的工作情况,为合理用药提供参考。实施抗菌药物分级管理,临床药师参与会诊,有利于加强医院对抗菌药物使用的监管,有利于加强"特殊使用"抗菌药物的合理使用,减少耐药性的发生。
Antibacterials should be subjected to the classification management in hospital and the clinical application of antibacterials in special needs must be determined through consultation. This paper summarized the experience of clinical pharmacists in participating in the consultation on antibacterials application in inpatients in special needs,and reference was provided for rational use of drugs. Classification management of antibacterials and clinical pharmacist participating in consultation were proved to be propitious to supervise the utilization of antibacterials,strengthen the rational use of antibacterials in special needs,and reduce the occurrence of drug resistance.
