摘要
快递网络枢纽选址与分配方案的优劣直接关系到快递网络的运营成本和服务水平,是快递企业运作的基础.本文详细分析了多分配快递轴辐网络的节点及连接关系、径路特征与形式等网络设计要素,并分析了快递网络设计中的相关费用和运输时间预算;在运输时间预算约束下,以分拣费用、运输费用、中转费用之和为目标函数,建立了多分配轴辐式快递网络枢纽选址与分配优化模型,并设计了基于条件最短路的模拟退火求解算法,最后通过算例验证了模型和算法的有效性.
Hub location and allocation scheme determines the operation cost and service level of express network and is the basis of enterprise operation. Network characteristics of multiple allocation hub-andspoke network are analyzed, such as nodes, paths, connection relation of nodes, related cost of express network design and transport time budget. Hub location and allocation model of multiple allocation huband-spoke express networks is built with the objective of minimizing t:he total cost that includes sorting costs and transportation costs and transfer costs with transport time budget constraint. The simulated annealing algorithm based on the shortest path with conditions is developed to solve the problem. The model and effectiveness of the algorithm are clarified by computational experiments.
