摘要 在开放的光催化反应器中,以紫外光为光源,TiO2 为催化剂,考察了催化剂用量、反应液的起始质量浓度、反应液的起始pH 及H2O2 的加入等因素对光催化氧化反应的影响。结果表明,在一定的光强度下,催化剂的投加量存在一最佳范围(2 ~4 g/L) ;加入H2O2 可加快染料分子的脱色速度,但对染料废水的CODcr的去除影响不大。同时,也考察了活性艳黄X- 6G、活性艳蓝X- BR 及活性艳红X- 3B的CODcr的去除情况,反应75 min ,可以使上述3 种染料的CODcr的去除率均达60 % 以上。 In an open suspension photocatalyst reactor,with UV lamp to excite TiO 2 in the suspension of reactive red X-3B dye solution,a radical of oxide was produced and the dye was decolored.This study focused on some factors such as dosages of photocatalyst,initial concentration of reactive red X-3B,initial pH of the solution and addition of H 2O 2 on the decolorization efficicency of dye solution.The results showed that the dosage of catalyst has an optimum range(2-4 g/L).Strong acid or strong base did a favor for photocatalytic oxidation.Addition of a little amount of H 2O 2 didn't influence the removal of COD cr .At the same time,TiO 2 had the same high catalytic effect on reactive yellow X-6G and reactive blue X-BR.After 75 min the percentage of the removal of COD cr of all three dyes was about 60%.
