摘要
依法管理民族事务,将民族工作纳入法治化轨道,是依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家的客观要求,也是新世纪新阶段民族工作应对新情况新问题的现实需要。为此,要进一步健全民族法体系,做到有法可依;加强民族法制宣传教育,增强干部群众的民族法律意识,严格依法办事;加强民族法贯彻执行的监督检查,做到违法必究。要大力推进社会管理法治化,坚持依法行政和法制统一原则,进一步完善中国特色的民族政策,为民族工作法治化创造条件。
Management of national affairs according to law,and integrating national work into orbit of rule of law,are objective requirements of governing the country according to law and building a socialist country ruled by law,as well as actual need to respond to new situations and new problems of new stage national work in the new century.To this end,we should further improve the national legal system：strengthening the national legal system propaganda and education,enhancing the consciousness of cadres and the masses of national laws,strictly perform things according to the law,and strengthening of national law implementing the supervision and inspection.We should vigorously promote the legalization of management of the community,adhere to administration according to law and the principle of unity of the legal system,further perfecting Chinese characteristic of national policy,creating the conditions for national work of the rule of law.
