摘要
研究内燃机表面振动信号,阐明内燃机振动信号是十分复杂的非平稳随机信号;揭示了内燃机振动信号中分形及多重分形行为;提出通过奇怪吸引子的嵌入维估计能完整描述振动信号特征的最少独立变量数目,并指出内燃机振动是一个高维非线性动力学问题.这是利用内燃机表面振动信号实现内燃机故障诊断的重要理论基础.
The characteristics of the surface vibration signals of the internal combustion engine are studied in this paper.It is demonstrated that these signals are very complex unstable random signals,and in the mean time they have features of the fraction and multi fraction.It is also pointed that the vibration of the interanl combustion engine is the multi dimension non linear dynamic problem.This fundamental study is proved by experiments,and it is the key fundament on which the machine fault conditon of the engine is diagnosed by distinguishing the surface vibration signals of the internal combustion engine.
