摘要
试验结果表明，新型植物生长调节剂ＤＳ－ １０Ｃａ 对棉花生长发育和产量形成具有较明显的促进作用。３０ｍｇ／ｋｇ 浸种，株高及单株叶面积分别比对照提高３－３１％ 和１４－３５ ％ ；浸种结合喷施（ 喷施浓度分别为５０ 和１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ） 单株蕾量分别较对照提高６５％ 和６０ ％ ，总生殖量分别增加１２－１％ 和１３－３ ％ ，单株成铃分别增加０－６９ 和２－２７ 个，单铃重分别增加０－０４ 和０－１７ｇ，子棉产量分别提高１１－８０％ 和２０－０５ ％ 。
New plant growth regulator DS-10Ca can promote cotton growth and yield. Seed soaking with 30mg/kg of DS-10Ca, the plant height and single plant leaf area increased 3.31% and 14.35% compared with the control respectively. Seed soaking combined with leaf spraying (50 and 100mg/kg), buds per plant increased 65% and 60%, total reproduction increased 12.1% and 13 3%, bolls per plant increased 0 69 and 2 77, boll weight increased 0.04g and 0.17g, unginned cotton yield increased 11.80% and 20.05% compared with the control respectively.
