摘要
目的总结创伤性膈疝的临床诊断与治疗经验。方法对14例创伤性膈疝的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全组术前确诊14例,治愈13例,死亡1例。结论通过询问病史、体格检查、相关检查,早期诊断并及时手术、选择修补方式,同时积极处理其他合并伤是提高创伤性膈疝治愈率的关键。
Objective To summarize the experience regarding the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia.Methods The clinical data of 14 cases of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the patients were diagnosed before surgery,of which 13 were cured and one died.Conclusion Early diagnosis by medical history inquiry and physical examination,timely surgery,and control of complications are the key to successfully treat traumatic diaphragmatic hernia.
