摘要
交换偏置现象目前已经在磁头、磁传感器等许多方面取得广泛应用。随着对交换偏置现象的研究越来越深入,许多新的有着潜在应用价值的实验现象被相继发现,比如,交换偏置角度依赖关系中的阶跃现象等;一些磁学模型中的原始问题也逐渐被重新认识,比如斯通纳-沃尔法斯模型中矫顽力的计算问题等;一些计算方法被逐渐完善,比如等效各向异性场方法等;学科交叉和渗透越来越广泛,比如应变工程的概念也进入到交换偏置领域等等。本文对铁磁/反铁磁双层膜系统中交换偏置研究中与上述阶跃现象、矫顽力计算、等效各向异性场方法、应变工程等内容相关的研究和进展情况做了简要综述。
Exchange bias effects are widely used on many fields such as magnetic head and magnetic sensors. Study of the phenomena of exchange bias is also deeper . With the more and more in-depth study, many new and potentially applicable experimental phenomena related with exchange bias have been found, for example, the jump phenomenon of angle dependence of ex- change bias;some of the original issues of the magnetic models are becoming increasingly re-un- derstanding, such as the coercivity computation problem in the Stoner-Wohtfarth model; some computational methods have been gradually improved, such as the equivalent anisotropy field method; interdisciplinary cross and penetration are increasing widely, such as that the concept of strain engineering has entered into exchange bias field, and so on. In this paper, research and pro- gress for ferromagnetic / antiferromagnetic exchange bias bilayer system related with the above contents-the jump phenomenon, the coercivity calculation, the equivalent anisotropy field method, and strain engineering-are reviewed briefly.
