摘要
根据风药特性,阐明其升发脾胃清气而治泄泻、子宫脱垂等脾不固摄的疾病,疏邪达表而治经期身痛、头痛,透达气机而舒解肝郁,又具祛湿止带、活血化瘀、引经报使等多种功效。指出灵活配伍风药治疗各种妇科疾病确能提高临床疗效。
According to the characteristics of wind-relieving medicine, this paper illustrates the application of wind-relieving medicine to treat the diseases such as diarrhea and metroptosis by ascending clear-qi in stomach and spleen, and to treat the generalized pain and headache during menstruation by eliminating the pathogenic factors through exterior. The wind-relieving medicine can eliminate dampness, activate blood circulation to resolve the stasis, guide herbs in meridians. It is concluded wind-relieving medicine has the positive effects on gynecological disorder.
