摘要
通过断铅模拟源定位修正检测区域声速,采用能量-持续时间等多组关联图综合分析了各因素对声发射源严重性级别的影响。结果表明,该方法能可靠确定设备内超标缺陷的活度,提高声发射检测数据分析的正确性,可为含缺陷球罐安全等级评定提供一定的参考。
With the acoustic emission signals of pencil breaked, the testing acoustic velocity was corrected. With the associated diagrams, such as energy and duration, the severity of acoustic e- mission sources was analyzed comprehensively. The results indicate that the methods could im- prove inspection accuracy of acoustic emission signals of the active defects and provide guidance on security classification of spherical tanks with defects beyond tolerance.
