摘要
[目的]建立心通口服液中黄芪甲苷含量的测定方法。[方法]采用超声提取方法,利用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器(HPLC-ELSD)检测。流动相:乙腈-水(35∶65)。[结果]黄芪甲苷在4.06～8.12μg范围内呈线性,平均回收率为97.12%,RSD为1.54%。[结论]该方法简便、准确,可用于该制剂中黄芪甲苷的含量测定及质量控制。
[Objective] To establish an method for determining the content of astragloside Ⅳ in Xintongkoufuye.[Method] The astragloside Ⅳ was extracted by ultrasonic method and detected by HPLC-ELSD.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（35∶ 65）.[Result] Astragloside Ⅳ showed good linear relationship in the range of 4.06-8.12 μg,and the average recovery of astragloside Ⅳ was 97.12%,RSD=1.54%.[Conclusion] The method was simple and accurate,and it was applicable for the astragloside IV content determination and the quality control of Xintongkoufuye.
