摘要
目的通过系统总结妇产科医疗纠纷的成因及防范措施,更加全面地了解纠纷的成因,从而更好地规避妇产科医疗纠纷。方法通过检索万方、CNKI1999—2010年数据库,全面搜集有关妇产科医疗纠纷、医疗安全及风险管理等方面的相关文献。结果根据纳入和排除标准,共纳入13篇文献,对医疗纠纷成因的一系列因素进行系统分析,并对妇产科医疗纠纷的防范措施进行表述。结论妇产科医疗纠纷的成因以医方及患方因素为主要因素,普及科普知识及改善医务人员的服务态度为主要防范措施。
Objective Though systematic analysis of medical disputes causes in department of obstetrics and gynecology to prevent the medical disputes. Methods The related articles were reviews in CNKI and Wanfang databases from 1999 to 2010. Results 13 articles were included, and the causes and prevention measures were summed up. Conclusion Hospital and patient are the main factors of medical disputes, and the prevention measures should focused on that.
