摘要
在分析了西部生态环境建设成果和面临问题的基础上,采用TOPSIS法对西部生态环境重建投资模式进行评价,通过实例验证了该方法应用于西部生态环境重建投资模式选择的合理性、可行性、有效性以及科学性。
Based on analyzing the achievements and problems,the investment model of western eco-environment reconstruction was evaluated by TOPSIS method.The rationality,feasibility,availability and scientificity of the method applied in assessment mode selection of western eco-environment reconstruction were demonstrated through example.
