摘要 [目的]探讨旱柳扦插繁殖的最佳生根条件。[方法]研究不同基质、插穗直径、生根剂以及温湿度对旱柳扦插生根的影响。[结果]扦插在1/4园土+3/4草炭基质中的旱柳插穗生根率最大(98.48%),平均根数也最多(5.99根);而扦插在1/2盐碱土+1/2草炭基质中的平均根长最长,达3.06 cm。1 000 mg/L的IBA生根剂可促进旱柳生根,生根率达100%,并提高了插条的平均根数和平均根长。塑料拱棚内外的温湿度对旱柳插穗生根有显著影响,塑料拱棚内植株插条的生根率(94.90%)、平均根数(4.41根)、平均根长(2.35cm)显著高于棚外的,移栽易成活。旱柳插穗直径对插穗的生根影响不显著,中段和基段插穗的生根效果较好。[结论]选用旱柳枝条的中段和基段为插穗,扦插在塑料拱棚内园土和草炭混合基质中,并施加一定浓度的生根剂,能提高插穗的生根率,生根情况较好。 [Objective]The aim was to discuss the optimum rooting conditions for the cutting propagation of Salix matsudana Koidz..[Method] The effect of different substrate,cutting diameters,rooting agent,temperature and humidity on the rooting of Salix matsudana Koidz.cuttings were studied.[Result] In the mixed substrate of 1/4 garden soil and 3/4 peat,the rooting rate of Salix matsudana Koidz.cuttings was the maximum of 98.48%,and the average root quantity was the largest of 5.99;while in the mixed substrate of 1/2 saline-alkali soil and 1/2 peat substrate,the average root length was the largest of 3.06 cm.1 000 mg/L of IBA promoted the rooting rate of Salix matsudana Koidz to as high as 100%,and improved the average root number and length of the cuttings.The temperature and humidity inside and outside of the greenhouse had great impact on the rooting of Salix matsudana Koidz.cuttings,inside of the greenhouse,the rooting rate of the cuttings was 94.90%,the average root number was 4.41,and the average root length was 2.35 cm,which was obviously higher than that outside of the greenhouse,the cuttings inside of the greenhouse were easy to survive.The diameter of Salix matsudana Koidz.cuttings had slight influence on its rooting,and the rooting effect of the middle and base section of Salix matsudana Koidz.cuttings was good.[Conclusion] The middle and base sections of the Salix matsudana Koidz.were selected to be the cuttings,which had good rooting effect in the mixed substrate of garden soil and peat in the greenhouse by adding certain concentrations of rooting agent.
