摘要
目的 :回顾性分析对 2 0例外伤性颅内血肿非手术治疗的经验。方法 :采用我科收治 87例外伤性颅内血肿患者对其中 2 0例 (占 2 2 .98% )采用非手术治疗。结果 :2 0例颅内血肿非手术治疗取得了比较满意的康复疗效 ,有效率高达 6 0 %。结论 :对于 GCS( Glasgow Com a Scole) >8分 ,幕上血肿量 <3 0 m L ,中线移位不超过 8m m。
Objective: Retrospective analysis to the experiences of conservative treatment of 20 cases of traumatic intracranial hematoma. Methods: From 1997 to 1998 a series of 87 cases of traumatic intracranial hematoma were reported, 20 cases were cured by conservative treatment the rate was 22.98%. Results: 20 cases of intracranial hematoma cured by conservative treatment get satisfactory result, the effective rate was 60%. Conclusion: The patients whose GCS are more than 8, the hematoma volume are less than 30mL, the mid line shift are less than 8mm can be cured by conservative treatment.\;
