The Tendency of Electronic Resources Development by Analyzing the Statistics of Three Consecutive Years of Electronic Resources Expenditures in Chinese and American Academic Libraries

摘要通过对比分析教育部高校图工委于2004年及2007年两次发布的《电子资源计量指南》及其公布的2007-2009年普通高等学校图书馆主要统计数据中关于电子资源馆藏经费的数据,同时对比美国研究图书馆协会发布的2006-2008年大学图书馆电子资源馆藏经费统计数据,分析讨论国内外大学图书馆馆藏电子资源建设发展趋势和差异,针对这种状况对未来高校图书馆馆藏建设提出几点建议。 The paper makes analysis on The Guidelines for Calculating Academic Libraries Electronic Resources distributed in 2004 and 2007 and collects statistical data from Database of Facts on Academic Libraries in China from 2007 to 2009 published by Steering Committee for Academic Libraries of China. It also collects the statistical data of Academic Libraries Electronic Resources Expenditures published by Asso- ciation of Research Libraries from 2006 to 2008 in America. After having differentiated and analyzed the two guidelines and the statistical data of three consecutive years of academic libraries electronic resources expenditures in China and America, the paper then summarizes the tendency of academic libraries electronic resources development in the future. The paper also gives some adviees on the developments of academic libraries electronic resources development.
