摘要
目的建立延灯滴丸(灯盏花、延胡索等)的指纹图谱,作为延灯滴丸的质量评价指标。方法采用高效液相色谱法,二极管阵列检测器,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(pH 3.0梯度洗脱),柱温40℃,体积流量0.8 mL/min,检测波长280 nm。结果 HPLC-DAD色谱图中有25个共有峰,采用国家药典委员会"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)"自动处理,10批样品的相似度均大于0.99。结论 该方法简便,稳定,重现性好。可作为延灯滴丸的质量评价指标。
AIM To establish the fingerprint analysis for evaluation of quality of Yandeng Dripping Pill（Erigerontis Herba,Corydalis Rhizoma,et al）.METHODS The fingerprints were established by HPLC with photodiode array detector（DAD）.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% aqueous phosphoric acid solution in a gradient elution mode,and the aqueous portion was adjusted to pH 3.0 with triethylamine.The column temperature was maintained at 40 ℃.The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,and detection waveleng was set at 280 nm.RESULTS There were 25 common peaks appeared in the DAD fingerprints which were defined by software published by the Committee of Pharmacopeia of China.The similarity between peaks was more than 0.99.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and sensitive.It is suitable to be used for evaluation of quality of Yandeng Dripping Pill.
