高压双电磁阀控制燃油喷射系统特性的试验研究 被引量:3

An Experimental Study on the Characteristics of Fuel Injection System with Dual High-pressure Actuator Control

摘要 对采用电控单体泵和共轨喷油器的双电磁阀控制燃油系统进行试验研究,该系统能完成对供油和喷油的独立控制;研究结果表明双电磁阀控制燃油系统可方便地控制启喷压力,从而灵活地调节喷油规律;可在部分工况下实现等压喷射;双阀系统开始和结束喷射时刻的燃油压力会影响实际喷油持续期的长度,喷射压力越高,实际的喷油持续期越长。 An experimental study is conducted on the dual actuator controlled fuel infection system with electronic unit pump and common rail injector, which can realize the separate control of fuel supply and fuel injection. The results indicate that the fuel injection system with dual actuator control enables the handy control of nozzle opening pressure and the flexible adjustment of fuel injection law, and can realize constant pressure infection in some working conditions. In dual actuator system the fuel pressure at the start and end of injection period has certain effects on actual injection duration: the higher the injection pressure, the longer the injection duration.
