摘要
介绍了单相三电平中点箝位(Neutral Point Clamped,NPC)整流器的工作原理,推导了空间矢量脉宽调制(Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation,SVPWM)与正弦脉宽调制(Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation,SPWM)之间的关系,并在此基础上把基于SPWM的中点电压平衡算法推广至SVPWM。计算机仿真和试验结果表明,在支撑电容参数不相等的恶劣情况下,基于SVPWM的中点电压平衡方法仍能有效地抑制单相三电平中点箝位整流器的中点电压不平衡问题。
Working principle of single-phase three-level neutral-point-clamped(NPC) rectifier was discussed,and the relation between SVPWM and carrier-based PWM was established,thereby,balance control method based on SPWM for single phase three-level NPC rectifier was presented.Computer simulation and experiment results demonstrated that the proposed neutral-point voltage balance control method could solve the neutral-point voltage unbalance problem effectively even if the parameters of the two capacitors were different.
