摘要
由于受传统的以专业知识培养为主导的人才培养模式的影响,在我国的高等教育中职业素质教育还没有得到人们的广泛关注,从而造成了高等教育与市场需求在职业素质方面的严重脱节。职业素质教育应该是高等教育中一项非常重要的组成部分,是一项系统工程,它的实施应包括品德素质、专业素质、社会素质等一系列的内涵,应该贯穿于高等教育的全过程。
Influenced by the traditional training model which takes the professional knowledge development as the dominant factor, the occupational quality in the higher education has not been aroused with wide concern, and as the result, there is serious gap between the higher education and the market demand with the respect of occupational quality. Occupational quality education should be the important part in higher education, and it is a systematic project. Its implementation should include moral qualities, professional qualities, social qualities and so on, and it should be run through the whole process of higher education.
