摘要
通过采用水溶性维纶或同时采用细旦化纤长丝捆扎加工的方法,实现了织物中纱线的低捻化甚至无捻化,设计并研制出无捻/低捻毛织物。实验结果表明:使用低捻或无捻纱线可实现织物的柔软手感和良好的褶皱弹性回复。依赖细旦长丝的捆扎作用,以及织物中纱线之间的挤紧握持,可以防止织物产生毛羽、防止起毛起球,并赋予足够的使用牢度。纱线的无捻或低捻化可降低用毛等级;捆扎结构纱线还可以通过调节主体纱线与捆扎长丝的张力搭配,使织物表面形成特殊的外观。
By the use of the water-soluble PVA,or using fine denier chemical filament strapping processing method together had realized the low twisting yarn even twistless one in the fabric.The twistless/low twisting woollen fabrics were designed and developed according to the way.The experimental results showed that the woollen fabrics have got soft hand,good drape and better elasticity.Relying on the strapping function of the fine denier polyester filament,as well as the clenched between yarns in the fabric,it can prevent the fabric to produce hairiness,prevent the fuzzing and pilling,and give enough fastness.Besides,the yarn twistlessness or low twistness can reduce the wool using level.The banding structural yarn can adjust the subject yarn and the strapping filament tension collocation.It can make the fabric surface to get special appearance well.
