摘要
本文采用静滴法对液态纯金属在 TiN、 TiC陶瓷薄膜上的浸润性进行了研究。测 量结果表明,浸润角与系统温度间有相关性,并与整体陶瓷与液态纯金属间的测量结果 相吻合。从附着功的角度对金属与陶瓷薄膜间的结合力进行了初步的探讨。
The wetting of pure liquid, metal Cu and Fe on ceramics films of TiN, Ti have been investigated by the sessile drop method.It is shown in the measuring results that there is a correlation between the wetting angle and the system temperature, and the results are similar to that obtained from the block ceramics and liquid pure metal. Bonding forces between metals and ceramics films were studied from the viewpoint of adhesion work.
