摘要
目的探讨心理护理对门诊手术患者的临床效果。方法将70例门诊手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组行常规的术前宣教,观察组在常规术前宣教的基础上给予心理护理。记录入院时、手术前焦虑值及手术前2组患者的血压和心率。结果观察组手术前焦虑值低于入院时,且低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组收缩压低于对照组,心率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理可缓解门诊手术患者焦虑、恐惧心理,保证手术顺利进行。
Objective To observe the effect of psychological care on patient of outpatient surgical.Methods 70 cases patients of surgery outpatient were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 35 cases.Control group received preoperative routine mission,observation group were added with psychological care.Observed the anxiety value of admission and preoperative and preoperative blood pressure and heart rate in both groups.Results The anxiety value of preoperative in preoperative was lower than that in control group,there had significant difference（P0.05）.Systolic blood pressure in observation group was lower than that in control group,heart rate was higher than that in control group,the difference were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Psychological care can relieve anxiety,fear of patient with outpatient surgery,to ensure operation smooth.
