摘要
改革开放以来,西藏传统民族手工业在工艺传承、产品生产、企业发展、人才培养等方面取得了长足的进步,民族手工业逐步发展成为我区国民经济中占有重要地位的产业。然而,在规模化发展、品牌建设、挖掘文化潜力等方面依然存在诸多挑战,目前无法充分利用市场、政策、资源等优势。只有在政府的引导和扶持下,进一步大力发展西藏传统民族手工业,必将对产业结构的调整、经济发展方式的转变、生态安全屏障的构建,和谐社会的创建以及民生改善等工程均具有长远的推动和促进作用,从而为西藏的跨越式发展奠定可持续和良性循环的发展基础。
Since the 1980s,the Tibetan handicraft industry has been rapidly developed in the fields of craft tradition,production,business development and personnel training.And the handicraft industry has been gradually developed to be one of the Tibet＇s important industries that plays key role in overall economy development.However,it still faces challenges in scale development,brand building and tapping the potential of local cultual resources.It also cannot take full advantages of market,policy and resources.This paper argues that if the Tibetan handcraft industry is further developed with guidance and support of the government,it will make a great contribution towards the adjustment of industrial structure,changing economic development pattern,construction of ecological security barrier,building harmonious society and improving livelihoods in Tibet.Thus,the handicraft industry will lay a good and solid foundation for Tibet＇s rapid development.
