智能电网工程项目管理模型的系统动力学仿真研究 被引量:15

System Dynamics Simulation Research on Project Management Model for China's Smart Grid

摘要 智能电网工程项目管理系统的结构和变量之间存在复杂的因果关系,具有系统动力学特点。基于系统动力学原理,描绘了智能电网工程项目管理系统的因果关系反馈环路图。在此基础上,建立了智能电网工程项目管理的SD存量结构模型,并对智能电网工程项目管理模型进行了动态的仿真研究。仿真结果表明,工程项目达标率和人才培养周期与智能电网工程项目之间的动态平衡是保证工程项目质量和进度的关键。这种动态平衡关系对智能电网工程项目管理具有指导意义。 There exists complicated cause and effect relationship between the structure and variables of the smart grid project management system,characteristic of system dynamics(SD).Firstly,this paper depicts a causal loop diagram of smart grid project management system based on system dynamics.Then the SD stock structure model for smart grid project management is established and the project management model of smart grid is simulated and studied dynamically.The simulation results indicate that the dynamic balance among project standard-reaching rate,staff training cycle and smart grid project is the key factor for the project quality and progress,providing significant guidance for the smart grid project management.
