摘要
[目的]观察通心络胶囊联合消心痛、拜阿司匹灵治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效。[方法]将82例随机分为两组,对照组40例使用消心痛10mg 3次/日,口服,拜阿司匹灵片100mg,每日1次,口服。治疗组42例在对照组治疗基础上予以通心络胶囊每次2粒,每日3次。治疗8W进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效17例,无效7例,总有效率83.33%。对照组显效10例,有效20例,无效10,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]通心络胶囊联合消心痛治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛应用安全,不良反应少,疗效可靠,值得临床推广。
[Objective] Tongxinluo capsule combined isosorbide dinitrate,thanks to aspirin treatment of coronary heart disease and stable angina pectoris.[Method]of 82 patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group of 40 patients using isosorbide dinitrate 10mg 3 times / day,orally,thanks to aspirin tablets 100mg,day 1,oral.Treatment group,42 cases in the control group on the basis of the treatment to be Tongxinluo capsules 2 capsules,3 times a day.8W to determine the efficacy of treatment.[Results] 18 cases markedly effective in 17 cases,7 cases,the total efficiency 83.33%.Control group,10 cases markedly effective in 20 cases,10,the total effective rate 75.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion] TXL capsule combined with isosorbide dinitrate treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease application security,adverse reactions,effective and reliable,worthy of clinical.
