摘要 基于舰船内部管道、阀门由于泄漏或者打开关闭时由各种原因所产生的声发射(AE)信号的特征分析,论述了针对管道、阀门状态声发射监测方法及试验研究。介绍了一种安装在船用管道或阀门上的声发射监测技术和设备,它可以实现对关键管道、阀门工作和运行状态,特别是针对一些高温、辐射、偏远部位的管道、阀门的远程、实时、无损监测。 Based on the AE signal character because of the marine pipes and valves' leak and the open and close movement, this paper discourses upon the status surveillance method and the experimentation and research of AE for the marine pipes and valves. This paper introduces AE surveillance technology, in which transducers were fixed on the pipes or valves, thus in virtue of it we can realize the status of key valves' work and functions,realize the long-distance and real time and lossless and continual surveillance, especially for some key pipes and valves.
