摘要
分别以粉末钛粉、硅粉、石墨和钛粉、碳化硅、石墨为原料,采用热压烧结法制备Ti3SiC2材料。借助XRD和SEM手段研究原料体系和烧结温度对试样相组成、致密化程度和显微结构的影响,并分析反应烧结机理。结果表明,随着温度的升高,钛粉-硅粉-石墨体系较钛粉-碳化硅-石墨体系合成出的块体材料纯度更高,且质量分数可以达到72.29%。
The Ti3SiC2 ceramic material was synthesized by hot-pressing sintering processing with Ti,Si,C and Ti,SiC,C powders as raw materials.The effects of raw material system and sintering temperature on the phase constituent,densification and microstructure of samples were studied by XRD and SEM,and the reaction mechanism was analyzed,as well.The results show that with temperature increasing,the purity of the Ti3SiC2 material prepared using Ti,Si,C system is higher than that using Ti,SiC,C system,and the purity can reach 72.29%.
