摘要
金属磁记忆检测方法是通过检测铁磁构件的磁场分布情况来诊断和预防设备缺陷的一种新方法。本文设计了一种新的磁记忆检测系统。该系统基于金属磁记忆检测原理,采用MSP430F4794单片机检测铁磁构件的裂纹、诊断评估其应力状态及应力集中区域,为及时处理检测结果提供了新的途径。
Metal magnetic memory detection method is a new way to diagnose the equipment flaws and provide precaution by detecting the magnetic field distribution of ferromagnetic components.A new magnetic memory detection system is proposed based on the metal magnetic memory detection method.The system utilizes MSP430F4794 to detect the cracks of ferromagnetic component,diagnose and evaluate its stress status and then find the stress concentration region.This provides a new way to timely treat the detection results.
