摘要
目的建立塑料器具中双酚A(bisphenol-A,BPA)溶出量的荧光分析测定法。方法浸泡液加热浓缩至约5 ml时,用1 mol/L盐酸1 ml润洗并转移;在pH=1的盐酸介质体系中,加入2×10-3mol/L的β-环糊精溶液1 ml,定容至10 ml,放置10 min后,在281 nm波长激发、311 nm波长处进行荧光强度测定。结果在2.0~50.0μg/L的线性范围内,所得回归方程为y=0.285 7x+0.862 1,相关系数为0.997。该方法的检出限为1.84μg/L,平均回收率在95.1%~100.5%之间,RSD为3.5%~9.4%。结论该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,且不使用有毒有害的有机溶剂,适用于塑料器具中BPA溶出量的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of bisphenoI A dissolved from plastic utensils by fluorescence analysis. Methods The sample solution was concentrated by heating to about 5 ml, then it was washed and transferred with 1 ml of hydrochloric acid (1 mol/L). The analyte was measured at λex/λem=281 nm/311 nm in the solution with pH=1,in which 13-cyclodextrin was used to enhance the fluorescence intensity. Results A good linear relationship was achieved in the range of 2.0-50.0μg/L with a regression equation y=0.285 7x+0.862 1, r=0.997. The limit of detection was 1.84 μg/L. The recovery rates were 95.1%-100.5% ,and the relative standard deviation (n=6) were 3.5%-9.4%. Conclusion The method possesses several advantages including simple procedure ,high sensitivity ,free of toxic and harmful organic solvent, which is applicable to the determination of bisphenol A dissolved from plastic utensils.
