摘要
采用PDA综合培养基对3种拮抗菌和2种苗木立枯病病原菌进行对峙培养,研究3种拮抗菌对苗木立枯病病原菌的抑制效果。结果表明:绿色木霉(Trichoderma viride)、桔绿木霉(Trichoderm citrinoviridevs)、球毛壳(Chaetomiumg lobosum)3种拮抗菌对2种苗木立枯病病原菌尖镰孢菌(Fusarium oxysporum)、腐皮镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)均有抑制作用,对Fusarium oxysporum的抑制效果最好的为Trichoderma citrinoviridevs,对Fusariums olani抑制效果最好的为Trichoderma viride。
3 strains of antagonistic fungus and 2 pathogens of seedling damping-off were antagonistic cultured by PDA medium,the suppressed rate and the relative antagonistic effect were counted.The results showed that Trichoderma viride,Trichoderma citrinoviridevs and Chaetomium globosum had antagonistic effect on Fusarium oxysporum and Fusarium solani.Trichoderma citrinoviridevs had the best antagonistic effect on Fusarium oxysporum.Trichoderma viride had the best antagonistic effect on Fusarium solani.
