摘要
矿产资源是国民经济的支柱,由于各国的禀赋差异,均不能完全自给自足。为保障经济发展,合理进行矿产资源储备,成为各国共识。根据建立矿产资源储备的必要性,在分析美国、日本、瑞典矿产资源战略储备制度的基础上,对我国建立矿产资源储备提出了建议。
Mineral resources are the backbone of the national economy.Due to the differences in national endowments,mineral resources are not completely self-sufficient to every country.For the protection of economic development,reasonable reserves of mineral resources became a national consensus.Based on the necessity of establishing reserves of mineral resources,the author analyzed the strategic reserve of mineral resources in the United States,Japan and Sweden.Some suggestions on the reserves of mineral resources in China were put forward.
