摘要
以安徽省现代矿业工程重点实验室为例,分析省级重点实验室运行中存在的主要问题,从制度建设、管理模式、人员管理、资源共享、成果转化等几个方面入手,提出了规范和完善实验室管理,提高运行效率的具体措施。
Taking Anhui Provincial Laboratory of Modern Mining Engineering for example,this paper analyzes the main problems in the operation of key laboratories at the provincial level.Moreover,the paper r proposes measures to improve the management and operation methods from the aspects of system construction,management mode,human resources,resources sharing and transformation of scientific achievements.
