摘要
应用三维CAD软件对立柱加强件工艺补充部分进行了优化设计,并建立了其热成形模拟的有限元模型。利用DYNAFORM软件对其拉延过程进行了模拟,分析与优化了板料尺寸、压边力、拉延工艺补充面对立柱加强件热拉延成形的影响。模拟结果表明,优化后的工艺补充面改善了立柱加强件拉延成形时板料成形状态,零件在热拉延成形过程中未出现严重拉裂、起皱等缺陷,成形后板料温度分布均匀,满足生产工艺要求;采用热冲压成形工艺,达到了减少工序,提高板料成形性能等目的。
3-D CAD software was used to do some optimization design for the technology complement of pillar strengthen part,and a finite element model for the hot forming simulation was set up.Dynaform software was used to simulate the pulling process,analyze and optimize the effect of sheet size,blank holder force,addendum surface of drawing process on heat drawing process of the part.Simulation results show that the optimization of technology addendum surface improvs the forming state of sheet metal in the process of pillar strengthen part pulling forming,the parts have not serious cracke,corrugation and other defects.After the sheet metal forming,the sheet metal temperature is well-distributed,which meets the technology requirements;the hot stamping forming technology can reduce working procedure,improve the performance of sheet metal forming.
