摘要
为建立气相色谱法测定左旋对羟基苯甘氨酸邓钾盐中溶剂残留的方法,采用气相色谱检测,FID检测器,柱温为40℃,进样口温度为140℃。对检测方法的检出限、定量限、线性、精密度、稳定性进行考察。该方法适合于左旋对羟基苯甘氨酸邓钾盐中溶剂残留的测定。
For the determination of solvent residues in L-hydroxyphenylglycine Deng sylvite,a method of using gas chromatography and FID detector under column temperature of 40 ℃ and inlet temperature of 140 ℃ is proposed.The detection limit,the detection limit of quantification,linearity,precision and stability are studied.This method is suitable for L-hydroxyphenylglycine Deng sylvite in the determination of solvent residues.
