摘要
介绍中南大学护理本科生的社区毕业实践教育以及从社区护理实践教育中得到的一些体会。开展社区护理实践,是顺应我国社区卫生服务的发展趋势、培养新型护理人才所必须;是与临床实习相互补充的部分;是提高护理本科生人际沟通交流能力、培养综合运用所学知识独立解决实际问题和创新思维能力、科研创新能力的有效途径。在护理本科生的社区护理毕业实践中,笔者体会到了社区护理实践教育的意义,也意识到社区护理实践教育过程中的一些弊端,如毕业实践的时间短、社区护理服务内容不够完善等都影响到护理实践教育的质量。如何使这些问题在进一步实践中得到改善,努力探索出系统完善的本科生实践教育的新理念和新方法,是摆在每一位教育者面前的艰巨任务,值得去认真思考。
This article introduced undergraduate nursing students’ community nursing practical education in the central south university and some experiences learned from it.Developing community nursing practice was to conform to the trend of the development of community health services,and it was necessary to training new nursing personnel.It was the complementary part to clinical practice.It was an effective way of improving nursing undergraduate interpersonal communication skills,and training students’ ability of solving practical problems independently by comprehensively using knowledge,creative thinking ability and innovative scientific research ability.In the practice,we understood the meaning of community nursing practical education,and realized some drawbacks in the process,such as graduation practical time was short,the contents of community nursing service were not perfect and so on,which affected the quality of nursing practical education.How to further solve these problems in the practice,to try to find out the new idea and method to make the undergraduate practical education system perfect？That was the task to each educator.It was worth of thinking about.
