基于介电特性的菜籽油品质快速检测技术研究 被引量:4

A Quality Detection Method Based on Dielectric Properties of Rapeseed Oils

摘要 采用自制平行电极板检测菜籽油加热及储存过程中电容、电感及阻抗3个介电特征值的变化,并用国家标准方法分析酸值、过氧化值、碘值、羰基价及皂化值5个品质指标,然后建立菜籽油品质指标与介电特性参数之间的相关性。结果表明,在设定的加热温度和储存时间下,菜籽油的介电特性参数电容、阻抗及电感值,分别与其品质指标过氧化值、酸值及羰基价之间具有显著的相关关系。建立了每个介电特性参数(电容、阻抗及电感值)与菜籽油品质指标(过氧化值、酸值及羰基价)、温度及储藏时间的回归方程。菜籽油品质指标实际测量值与计算值的误差均在允许范围内,建议通过测定菜籽油的介电特性值(电容、阻抗及电感值)来直接计算品质指标过氧化值、酸值及羰基价。 The dielectric property indexes like capacitance, inductance and impedance were determined via a parallel -plate electrode for rapeseed oils after being heated up and stored for some days. The quality parameters of rapeseed oils, such as acid value (AV), peroxide value (POV), saponification value (SAV) and carbonyl value (CV) , were also measured by the GB standard methods. There was a significant linear correlation among such quality parameters as peroxide value( POV), acid value (AV), carbonyl value (CV) and dielectric property indexes like capacitance (Cs), impedance (Z), and inductance (L). The regression equation was established for correlation of each dielectric property index with oil quality parameters like POV, AV and CV, as well as temperature and storage time. The errors between actual measurements and calculated values lied in the range of experimental permission. It was concluded that the acid value (AV) , peroxide value (POV) and carbonyl value (CV) of rapeseed oils could be indirectly determined by the dielectric property parameters.
