摘要
目的观察克银Ⅰ号方对寻常型银屑病患者血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-2受体(IL-2R)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法将80例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例应用克银Ⅰ号方治疗,对照组40例应用阿维A胶囊治疗。2组均30 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后进行疗效评定。并选取30例健康体检者对照。结果治疗组总有效率85.0%,对照组总有效率87.5%,2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。2组治疗前IL-2水平均低于健康体检者(P<0.01),IL-2R及TNF-α水平均高于健康体检者(P<0.01)。2组治疗后IL-2水平均较本组治疗前提高(P<0.01),IL-2R及TNF-α水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.01)。2组治疗后IL-2、IL-2R及TNF-α水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论克银Ⅰ号方可以通过改善银屑病患者血清IL-2、IL-2R及TNF-α发挥治疗作用,且无明显不良反应。
Objective To observe the effect of Keyin I Recipe on IL- 2,IL- 2R and TNF -α in psoriasis and its mechanism. Methods 80 cases of psoriasis were randomized into two groups. Keyin I Recipe .treatment group （treatment group） received Keyin I Recipe and Acitretin Capsules treatment group （control group） received Acitretin Capsules. The course was 30 days in two groups. 30 healthy volunteers were selected as normal control group. The levels of IL - 2, IL - 2R and TNF - α in serum before and after treatment were measured. The effect was evaluated after three courses. Results As compared with normal control group the level of IL -2 was lower, and the levels of IL - 2R and TNF - α in patients were higher （ P 〈 0.01 ）. the level of IL - 2 after treatment was signifi- cantly increased as compared with that before treatment in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. And the levels of IL - 2R and TNF - α were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was no significant difference between two groups on the levels of IL - 2, IL - 2R and TNF - α after treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The total effective rate in treatment group was 85.0% , and 87.5% in control group. There was no obvious difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Keyin I Recipe is effective in adjusting the levels of IL - 2, IL - 2R and TNF - α in serum of patients with psoriasis.
