摘要 目的:设计开发尿液分析仪检测结果自动审核模块,应用于临床,实现高效智能化审核,提高工作效率,保证检验质量。方法:以实验室信息系统4.0为平台,PowerBuilder8.0为开发工具,设计自动审核模块。通过模块中的菜单操作设置检测项目参考值范围、检测性能参数﹑医学决定水平等一级审核规则以及历史检测结果浏览比对的二级审核规则和检测项目的交叉校验、项目间的相关性、逻辑性等联合判断的三级审核规则,实现检测结果自动审核,并统计比较人工审核与自动审核的差异。结果:(1)在自动审核模块中共可自定义设置三级76条审核规则;(2)在50 015份样本的审核结果分析中,自动审核模块一次性完成了38 026份样本的自动审核,审核的通过率达76.03%;(3)100份样本的人工审核与自动审核的耗时及准确率的比较显示,3 a以上工作经验的检验人员审核100份标本平均耗时48 min,1 a以内工作经验的检验人员平均耗时79 min,而自动审核模块瞬间即可完成;(4)程序运行稳定,未出现异常中断或运行错误信息。结论:自动审核模块的智能化筛选规则,简化了临床尿液常规分析工作流程,降低了差错率,提高了工作效率。 Objective To design the report audit module for clinical urine analyzer so as to enhance work efficiency and test quality.Methods The automatic report reviewing module was developed with LIS 4.0 as the platform and PowerBuilder8.0 as the tool.Through the menu,class I reviewing rules such as reference value range and test performance parameter,class II rules such as previous results comparison,and class III rules such as cross check,correlation between the projects were set up,and then the automatic report reviewing was realized.The difference between manual reviewing and automatic one was studied.Results In the automatic report reviewing module,76 rules in 3 classes were determined.Of 50,026 reports,the module reviewed 38,026 ones in one time,with a through rate 76.03%.The comparison of manual reviewing and automatic one on the duration and accuracy showed that the person beyond 3a could review 100 reports in 48 min,and the person below 1a in 79 min,while the automatic module could did it instantly.There was no abnormal interrupt or error message during running.Conclusion The intelligent screening rule of the automatic report reviewing module simplifies the work flow of clinical urine analysis,with the error rate decreased and work efficiency enhanced.
