摘要
运用个案分析、专家访谈、问卷调查、实地调研、数理统计等研究方法,以金坛市青少年业余体校"国家高水平体育后备人才基地"建设为个案,从运动项目设置、读训模式、管理体制、教练员队伍建设、运动员素质培养等方面阐述"国家高水平体育后备人才基地"建设的途径,探讨基层体校"体教结合"的特点,发现"体教结合"是一个系统工程,不仅涉及到其本身,还与学校体育改革、课程建设等方面有着密切关系。
Use case analysis,expert interview,questionnaire,investigation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,to Jintan City Youth Amateur Sports School＂ national level sports reserve talent base＂ construction as the study case,from the sports setting,reading training model,management system,training of coaches,athletes training and other aspects＂ national level sports reserve talent base＂ construction approaches,to study the primary school＂ of＂ combination of training and teaching characteristics,found that＂ the combination of sports and education＂ is a systems engineering,involves not only to itself,but also with the reform of school physical education,curriculum building and has a close relationship.
