摘要
通过对海南省水资源现状(水资源总量和可利用量的有限性、水资源时空分布不均衡)的分析,指出发展节水农业的积极意义,在充分认识节水农业进一步发展存在几大制约因素(节水设备和技术落后、对节水认识淡薄、农业生产结构不合理等)的基础上,提出发展海南省节水农业的对策建议。
This article points out the positive significance in developing water - saving agriculture, throngh analyzing the present conditions of water resources in Hainan Province： gross water resources and the limitation of available water re- sources, the distributing imbalance of water resources in terms of time and space. Recognizing the six greet restrieting factors of developing water - saving agriculture, this article presents the countermeasures and advice on developing water - saving agriculture rapidly.
