2例上皮样血管瘤临床分析及文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 报告2例上皮样血管瘤,分别为18岁女性和10岁男性患者,临床表现均为皮肤出现丘疹、结节、质硬肿物。病理表现均为真皮浅层血管增生、扩张,血管内皮细胞肿胀,凸出管腔,形成墓碑状,真皮下层血管增生,管周不等量淋巴组织细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞浸润,并可见淋巴滤泡形成。诊断符合上皮样血管瘤。并对其病因、临床特征、诊断和治疗进行综述。
